Environmental concerns are addressed in our three primary areas of operation:

• Design
When we are designing installations and selecting equipment, we incorporate
energy efficient equipment and controls. We select goods and services
from manufacturers and suppliers who demonstrate a commitment to
environmental awareness and protection.

• Installation
We carry out our installation work with due regard for the surrounding environment. Where possible we make sure surplus materials are retained
for re-use or segregated for subsequent collection by an approved recycling
contractor.

• Maintenance
We promote and undertake the maintenance of systems and equipment to
achieve energy-efficient operation. This assists our clients in reducing the environmental impact of operating their equipment.

When we replace worn or defective components which might be hazardous to
the environment (such as discharge lamps and refrigerants), we handle and dispose of them in accordance with approved codes of practice.
